What a time to be alive

#2

I was a bit young at the time but I remember enjoying 1994. Megadrive was cool, football album was actually completed this year if I recall. Oh and apart from the odd graze I rather enjoyed that year for British Bulldog as well.

#3

is this a mt for the sb?

#4

Always thought they should play more music from the early-mid nineties on 6music so I can’t wait

#5

Miseryguts

#6

Y cc!

#7

Is it a retirement party for Steve Lamacq?

It would be a fitting occasion on which to bow out.

#8

Oh fuck. Definitely not listening to lammo.

#16

probably the best year in musical history

#17

Should really try and stop making this canonisation of the 90s a thing, it’s post-history, it largely sucked, I really don’t want to be alive to see bbc4 documentaries on nu-rave in ten years, please stop lazy radio/tv people.

#18

Every day is 1994 day on Steve Lamacq’s show tbh tbf…

#19

This annoys me. They always talk about being new music on 6 music. New music from 23 years ago…
