I went in 2017 and the crowd was really quite well behaved, campsites were quiet and everyone was respectful but yeah, not a lot in terms of things for kids to do

Did you decide on ATG or 2000T in the end?
Still not for definite due to factors but it’ll be ArcTangent out of the two. Not too bowled over by the Trees lineup whereas there are quite a few bands on the ATG one I would go out of my way to see

Yeah, that’s part of the annoyance. Apparently you can get unspent money back, but it’s just extra hassle. I’m also expecting the mobile data to be rubbish there, so unless you set up automatic top-ups there’s a risk of not being able to access money, maybe, idk.
Signal has always been dreadful/non exisistent when I have been. (on O2)

it worked really well last time i was there, way less of a faff than cash/card. i had automatic top up on mine, had no problems at all. mobile internet isn’t great but apparently they have a separate network for the cashless thing so it works great
