yep, came out pretty quick after their last one. I wasn’t too impressed with their first album, but I liked this one quite a bit more.
I love that record, had a tough time excluding it from my list, though it may make it back in.
Cherry Pit might be my fav song this year.

The Edge of Forever, by Lewis Pesacov (Fool’s Gold). Ambient/drone chamber opera based on the Mayan Long Count calendar. Sine wave drones, overdubbed and live voices, backed by the intrepid LA ensemble wild Up. Stunningly beautiful.
