Ok so shamefully I have only just posted my raffle prize to @barleysugar and @GarethI. Annoyingly despite being stood next to the post man and his sack he wouldn’t accept the parcels ‘too late’ apparently :woman_shrugging:. So they will go in tomorrow’s post and be with you on Thursday. I’d recommend you therefore eat them all in one go as I don’t know how long they’ll stay fresh for. Sorry for the delay!

I should apologise to @songsforsaturday here who is the only sauce winner who doesn’t have a bottle on the way today. I tried to ferment some chillis but it didn’t ever get going so I ended up with a bunch of Thai chillis in brine instead. Which is nice (and made the base for one of the sauces I made for the other DiSers) but not what I was aiming for. So I’ve amended my recipe and giving it another go. Ihould be ready on the 25th/26th.

If you’d rather just have me cook something up for you sooner let me know - happy to do so!
