So, eating loads of veg and salad and soup is causing havoc.

It’s making me incredibly windy, but I can’t just sit at work blowing off all the time, so I’m holding it all in which is leading to belly aches and discomfort. Think I’m a little bit bunged up in the bowel dept. too.

Any tips?

The more i try to follow proper form on bench-pressing the more all over the place my form is. When i just do what instinctively feels right it’s fine? I think I’m a bit on the tall & lanky side so maybe that plays into it.

Also what does ‘squeezing the shoulder blades’ mean exactly?

always took it to mean not putting the stress on your upper arms when bringing the weight down. squeeze your shoulder blades together and let your chest take it. or something.

I had this coming out of spin class a few weeks ago, genuinely couldn’t work out if they were being sarcastic cos I was sweaty and red and wobbly and my hair was all over the place or if it was a real catcall cos I felt good as hell with my firework patterned leggings on

I’m 4 pounds down but have eaten like an absolute idiot. Going to try to be sensible in February and see what I can achieve.

Didn’t weigh myself this wednesday but the week before I was 6.5lbs down since new year. Had a bit of a slack week with drinking a bit and not eating that well but very determined to have lost another 2-3lbs by next wednesday. Still on course for 3 stone in about 6 or 7 months.
