The second Lightman Jarvis Ecstatic Band single, Nymphea, appeared on my release radar so I’ve listened to both now.

Both, particularly with this new one, sound weirdly like two people recording completely separately then just sort of mixing them together. Not sure if it’s genius or not for me, though.

Annoying that there’s no Bandcamp pre-order for the album. Then again, it’s not out until November, so they may put it up closer to the time.

Real Lies have said on Instagram that their new album is finally finished and will be ‘out soon’.

Also replied to someone in the comments saying that, despite the steady stream of singles we’ve had from them, we’ve only heard two of the twelve tracks on it (I’m guessing Late Arcades and Boss Trick, which are both unbelievably good).
