It’s my last day off before going back to work after Christmas, and we were meant to be going out as a family. We’d talked about Wahaca, or Honest Burger, or somewhere good in town, but somehow that plan fell apart, and my other half cooked. But she’s veggie, and she’s trying to cut out gluten, so I ended up having soya mince gluten free lasagne :frowning:

Had a standard Costa Rican meal of rice, beans, chicken, honeyed plantain, salad, pico de Gallo, pineapple salsa and papaya juice. Didn’t take a photo sorry but as all meals here are pretty much the same I’ll take one at dinner.
