3 ingredient sandwich

Bacon.
Egg.
Cheese.

If you think butter doesn’t add flavour, you’re buying the wrong butter

I recently got a butter dish as opposed to one of those spreadable butter things. Absolute game changer having good butter at room temperature.

Probably does/doesn’t keep it in the fridge too.

Sandwich of champions (with halitosis)

chicken
cucumber
doritos chilli heatwave
baguette if i’m allowed to choose bread type?

Why 3?

Coleslaw is great. But in line with the established rules it is absolutely not an ingredient

Magic number

Layer one: Bread
Layer two: Butter
Layer three: Buttered toast
Layer four: More Butter
Layer five: Bread

They proper loved their sandwiches!

Can’t help feeling that anyone who isn’t reasonably satisfied with a floppy cheese sandwich in the absence of anything else is on the slippery slope to becoming one of those people who can’t get their rocks off without someone slamming their pecker in a door.

Ah, that makes sense. Grilled cheese and black pepper then. No point in a third ingredient, if we’re living in such a tragic world.

Cheddar (decent cheddar)
Italian salami (decent salami)
Mayonnaise (loads).

Glad you’ve gone for the good cheese and salami over the shit stuff.

Probably

Brie, cranberry, leaves

Or

Good Cheddar, houmous, cucumber

The same judgement was not made in the construction of your reply, I note.

Zing!

It adds some mouthfeel and the taste of fat. So does mayo or whatever, but at least that’s doing some legwork where taste is concerned. If you’ve got a BLT or a cheese and pickle, you’re not gonna notice the butter.

If your sandwich is bland enough you can taste the butter, you’re buying the wrong everything else in your sandwich :upside_down_face:
