I’m not sure that it is a 303 - or if it is it’s more than 1 303 (definitely 2 or 3 oscillators so I’m guessing a minimoog model D or some modular thing) but it’s close enough to give it the benefit of the doubt

EDIT: no I won’t chuck it in… seems as though it’s not on Spotify …not in my country anyway …or it seems like something is borked with Spotify

From googling it seems like a Moog Taurus is used, someone has a good go at recreating it with a Moog Sub37 here though:
