Not sure, the ones I had were lost to time. I remember Green Plastic had brilliant ‘highlight reel’ compilations of tours where recordings from different shows were spliced together. Loved those, unfortunately lost them too.

Great start, love this album, giving it an obligatory listen even though, like loads of other people, I’ve got it pretty much back-to-front in my head. It’s got the almost-definitive version of Nude on it. It’s beautiful, but it’s no broken computer hardware version.

That Victoria Park gig in 08 was also a couple of days before my 17th birthday. It remains one of the best days of my life lol

I was sent it over MSN messenger on release day. First time I’d really heard the band and I was instantly like, yes, this is what I’ve been looking for.
They announced it 10 days in advance if memory serves me right, so there was a build up but a pretty short one

Radiohead- In Rainbows. I find it a flawless piece of work, and the Radiohead album that I most constantly revisit. Still holds up very well (as does most of Radiohead’s work tbh). Probably their most approachable record with wonderfully almost stripped back tunes, lush orchestral arrangements in the middle. House of Cards remains the greatest song of the 21st century.

this has reminded me that they released the stems for Nude and Reckoner so people could do remixes. cant find my version of Nude (it was basically just the bassline cranked so that it was all distorted and crazy, it wasnt very good) but here’s my Reckoner (which i intend to strip for parts at some point coz theres bits of it that i love)

Side anecdote time: In a past job, they used to block pages with swear words. This meant that whenever someone started threads with swears in in the title, the main forum page would be blocked. Thankfully in those days, the forum was in page format, so I could just go to page 2 and look at threads there, or look a the most popular ones on the side panel. It was a daily battle.
