I enjoyed this post. Thought it was straying into the too technical, but then had the lovely “I buy Carling” payoff.

hangovers are too bad on Tyskie.

Italy:

Menabrea> Morretti > Peroni > Peroni Nastro Azzuro

Only Polish beers I genuinely enjoy.

Zyiwiec or however its spelled. I like the dancing people on the tins.

Don’t get me wrong I like them both but think GB is the superior ale.

And just travelled 300/400 miles away from yorkshire, walk into a pub think I’ll have a nice local ale, and the first pump I see is Landlord.

Having a pint of Sam smiths, cheers :beers:

Woof.

If the premise of the thread is cheap lagers you pick up in Tezzas, local co-op or wherever, my choice is a straight shooter between Heineken and 1664. But will probably drink most lagers apart from Stella and Carling (unless I’m at a party and they’re the only options)

Taiwan - Taiwan Gold Medal. It’s pretty much the only beer brewed in Taiwan you can find anywhere, including Taiwan.

In reality though we all know that you can’t beat a nice cold pint of Track, Squawk, Marble or Shindigger on a day like this.

Correct, bugduv.
