I can read tarot (to a fairly basic level). Stopped doing it because no matter how often I told people that it was random and that the answers are so vague that they can be tailored to any querent, some of them still took it very seriously and got scared.

Yes! It’s obviously a load of drivel and imo preys on the vulnerable, bereaved and weak-minded (I includes myself in the latter category tbf). However my pal is a spiritualist and is always asking me to go along to things. Did a tarot thingy and she got loads of details right about my life- stuff that nobody would have known. It was a LONG time ago (I mean over 15 years) but it’s always stuck in my mind. I’ve never had it done since as I don’t want to spoil the one happy coincidence and upset my friend by going on about how shit it all is. :rofl:

Edited to add it was a random tarot reading woman who did the reading and not my mate (which is how it reads, and would have definitely been less impressive) :rofl:
