Just had a mare, was planning on doing 15+km but set off too fast, took on Blackheath Hill early on too fast and burned myself out. Did a PB 10k but my legs felt like lead.

Aye, that’s probably the highest concentration, no idea how long a run it would be but Manchester, Rochdale, Oldham, Wigan, Preston, Burnley, Blackburn etc there’s a fuckload around there innit

reckon there’d be a great charity venture in trying to visit 10 grounds in one run, could probably get a 20 second shout-out on five live and everything

Did 18k earlier and at literally 17.9k my right knee started to seize up a bit, it really hurts now as well. I think it’s probably from impact from the three really steep downhill sections on the route I took, hope it’s nothing more serious than that :sweat:
