Should be an option for “in the letterbox, but empty”, which happened to us today :angry:

Ha. Pretty sure ours wouldn’t have fitted if the contents (2 books) had actually been inside.

I had a parcel a while ago which the tracking said was rejected by me. which was interesting as I was at work so couldn’t have rejected it.

Always used to get very concerned when we lived in the flat and I got an email saying it had been left ‘in the porch’.

Neither of our neighbours would’ve stolen it if it was left outside the door to the flat, but wouldn’t particularly have wanted it left on the doorstep outside the building and there was always the worry of what else they might mean by ‘in the porch’…

Oh my, this is a personal bugbear of mine - somewhere on here are a bunch of posts where I had a right old yell about some trousers I ordered from Asos that just never came (they said they had been delivered to me and they hadn’t!)
