A particularly terrible/special ‘Guardian’ moment: “I broke my friend’s leg”

Remember that thing where a jogger forced someone into the path of traffic and people were saying it was a crime by all rights and he should be found and arrested?
Don’t see much difference here - ‘kicking someone’s legs out from under them’ while sprinting on concrete is up there with assault.
It’s a very loose definition of an accident at any rate.

I did something like this to guntrip years ago, which went like this:

pushed him a little
saw he was starting to actually fall
felt bad
grabbed his coat to steady him
my heel scraped against the pavement
we both went down like a sack of spuds

No broken bones although I was very bruised

Anyone who pushes/hurts/breaks stuff/humiliates a friend for a ‘laugh’ is an irredeemable prick.
