Forgot about the museli bar!

beans: commonly found on a fry up
toast: definitely a breakfast food, also an anytime food

beans + toast = breakfast, but also anytime food

also beans on toast is pretty nutritious and probably way better for you than 99% of breakfasts

I now have 2 x museli bar related ear worms - neither of which really scan properly

it’s part of a full English so it quite clearly is

Absolutely no problem Antonio.

I normally have a yoghurt and a cup of tea in work. Occasionally some orange juice too.

At weekends I’d normally make bacon and eggs. Need to learn how to poach.

Full English on a brioche bun

I have done this before (when I was taking meds I couldn’t have dairy with) and it’s not nearly as bad as you think it’s going to be

in a tortilla wrap

That or kedgeree with a nice mug

don’t eat breakfast. coffee and a cig.

obviously I’ll eat a full English, but would prefer it to be around 11 in the morning.

turkish breakfasts are obviously king too.

Don’t generally have breakfast outside of a black coffee, but when in the right situation (say, a hotel with a good buffet), I can really go to town.

Start off with a bowl of cereal, ideally something ridiculous and sweet like Wheetos, but will settle for fruit and fibre or similar.

Then a full English, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, buttered toast (white), fried bread, mushrooms, maybe some beans, hold the tomatoes.

Then a couple of those mini danish pastries, perhaps a yoghurt.

All washed down with orange juice and black coffee.

(Alternatively, I do like avocado on toast #millenniallife)
