Mayo - totally overused in sandwiches. Literally can’t buy sandwiches from most shops. I think its stupid as a sandwich spread, regardless. Okay for chips - bad for everything else.

Butter - see above.

Hummous - King spread

Nutella/Peanut butter - okay if not used in conjunction with butter.
