This is beautiful.

Looks like that might be by Rose Blake?

I find these very aesthetically pleasing, too.

I’ll have to look up Rose Blake, if her style is similar. Does she do prints and stuff? We need more nice art for our home.

Yeah not dissimilar at all:

They are great books too - I’ve read the Japan, Native American and general world collections and the first two were excellent, the third a bit patchy but understandable given the breadth of sources it drew from.

I like this one, but i thought it was steep hills at first

I really want to read ‘this is the end of something but it’s not the end of you’.

I’m torn.
Can’t decide if I love it or hate it.

Have you read his other books? I love him so much  he’s just the nicest person and a terrific writer. I’d lend you TITEOSBNTEOY but he’s really struggling with some shit at the moment so I’d rather buy an extra copy/encourrage a subscription to his patreon in exchange for a book loan.

I’ve not read it yet! My step-dad gave it to me a couple of Christmases ago and I wanted to read it over Winter and then forgot. Should just read it now, shouldn’t I. Its still Winter.

i imagine this book is probably very tiresome but it’s a lovely cover

when i’m in Waterstones looking at the new releases i always find myself accidentally wandering into New Travel and Nature despite having no interest in the books - i think i’m drawn in by the absolutely lovely covers a lot of the books in that section have.

i immediately recognised this cover as being the work of Stanley Donwood. King of Limbs vibes.
