In the first job I had in Australia, I worked in a department of 32 people.
In that department, I was the seventh person to join with my name.
One more person later joined with the same name as me which meant that there were eight people with my name.

So an easy way to work out percentages of 2 digit numbers ending in 0 is to multiply the first digit of each number together
20% of 30 = 2x3 = 6
40% of 60 = 4x6 = 24
70% of 80 = 7x8 = 56
Very simple and easy
