Hi pals, I am sunburnt after standing outside for Southampton Pride yesterday without a hat. My scalp feels really sore.

Off to Victorious Festival later, a place I swore I’d never go back to on account of festivals being terrible and this one in particular being full of the type of person who thinks that living in Southsea is a personality. Hoping to see Idlewild, Ash, New Order and then fuck off home as quick as I can. Will drink some wanker beers in nice pubs before we go in which should take the edge off a bit.

Morning all!

Absolutely shattered after yesterday’s Disintegration State antics, but also pretty good.

Gonna wander around Cardiff a bit today and experience the weird sense of unease and slight homesickness that comes from returning to the place you grew up and finding everything is both the same and also very different.

Luckily there’s a Welsh word for that

Belle Isle has turned into something called The Greenwich Co. Is a brew pub, and they do pizza by the slice.

And I’ll always recommend The Hole In The Wall as it’s my favourite place in Portsmouth

Ah man when I lived in Southsea the Hole In The Wall was my local! Used to go there for pre Route 66 sludge cider. Lethal.

i had a pretty boring disser dream the other day

i was @AQOS’s best man but his wife called off the wedding and left him. joke still wanted to have his stag do so I was organising it all perfect to cheer him up. the thing he most wanted was to eat all the same food that they were meant to be having at the wedding, all this crazy rare fancy stuff like special truffles that are extremely hard to find or whatever. so the dream was me leading joke around prague looking for all this food and him failing to conceal his disappointment when I repeatedly failed to find any of it.
