petty imo to bother people working at a bar for a few millilitres of extra beer

Classic vegan behaviour.

No it’s not it’s fine. I’m bored of this now I’m going to do some work for a bit of light relief.

You people are awful. Literally prefer fastidious petty folks making your life worse than somebody who is accommodating

A barperson topping your heady pint up is quite literally the definition of accomodating.

Yeah, I’m not disagreeing with you that it’d be best to check in advance, but I’m trying to explain that my actual experience is that I have to turn down stuff like this a lot and I’m not sure whether its rude to say ‘oh I don’t like x or y’ or to make up some other excuse about not being hungry or whatever.

It’s busy at the bar, they look stressed

literally doing this right now. someone just IM’d me at work asking how i am, someone who i have only ever had utterly pointless meetings with, so im ignoring it. im bored, tell me what you want prick

Oh shit, I didn’t realise we were role playing!

I cast Pint Of The Infinite.

Everyone drowns, but they’re going out quenched.

it’s a fairly common scenario for a pub to be busy though, I’m not considering my own personal needs during leisure time above somebody who is working especially for the sake of a couple of sips.

what the fuck meight

Asking a very tall person who has just stood right in front of you at a gig to move

Absolutely acceptable but I’d never do it

I normally offer to move if I notice I’ve blocked the view of someone, and spend most gigs fretting that I’m ruining the experience for others. What can I say, I’m a lovely guy!

As a very tall person, I can confirm this as being fine.

I have to basically tell everyone not to make food for me at all, because sometimes people hear I’ve got food intolerances and want to find something they can make that’s suitable, but the truth is that after a few instances of being poisoned or nearly poisoned by well-meaning idiots, i do not trust anyone to prepare food for me.

I will stand for 90 minutes having a less good time resenting them silently because I’m an adult

Think it depends on the gig. At one of the small shit ones like we play people are quite nice about it. Wouldn’t do it at a Kasabian gig I’d get beaten up
