i always worry that when i try this sort of thing i’ll say “i want to cancel cos it’s too expensive” and they’ll just go “ok m8 cya” :sweat:

I use it every day, and I use Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere and Acrobat all the time. So they’ve definitely got me over a barrel.

They’re probably losing people to Sketch, etc, and once you’re out of the Adobe infrastructure you’re not going back, are you?

Haha, I had the TV and everything so it worked out cheaper at the time.

I haven’t got Sky now, my internet’s through PlusNet (which I would recommend). Can’t take the moral high ground though, I use my dad’s Sky Go thing through my PS4 to watch everything, although they aren’t getting any money from me :fist:

I want to switch from Sky but I get big anxiety about stuff like that and have had bad experiences with ISPs in the past.

So i just stick with the evil corporation out of laziness :frowning:

Not interested. A friend of mine was royally found and fined for doing this, so I’d never risk it.

Yep. £3000 fine. Not as much as it could’ve been, but I wouldn’t be able to afford it.

I think you can probably get away with it easier if you’re not using it for commercial work.

Adobe have got XD now which is pretty much the same as Sketch, and that’s stopped us from switching over. As you say, we’re too far in to change now.

AutoDesk are really hot on it for CAD software as well.

It’s just not worth the risk now.

Yeah, it’s brilliant. XD is great too though. And works a little better with Photoshop and Illustrator (which you still need IMO). But if I was paying out of my own pocket, I’d go with Sketch.
