What albums have pulled off successfully including the artist’s instrument(s) of choice in the artwork? Keep the bad ones out please.

Edit: this is meant to exclude instruments being played live or in studio, it’s more about integrating your instrument in the artwork and how it often comes out corny.

I’ve said it before; having your instrument of choice, or really, any instrument at all, on the cover of your album is instant grounds for mockery and prime candidacy for inclusion in this thread.
