I havenāt ever listened to that album in full but I simply refuse to believe that Hump De Bump is one of its lesser crimes.
Youāre not wrong! Many crimes were committed. Itās such a strange album, the lows are ridiculous but the highs are some of the best material theyāve ever done.
Just the fact that itās named āDani Californiaā though seals the deal for me.
āDonāt Go To Anacitaā by Protomartyr on Relatives In Descent. Nothing wrong with it but itās just an OK song on a mostly amazing album.
My immediate thought for this thread was āNo I in Threesomeā by Interpol which is probably the only Interpol song I dislike- makes me cringe. Then I remembered āAll Fired Upā so it doesnāt count.
It definitely isnāt. There is too much lifeless dross on there for that to be the case
I was wrong on this one, Be Brave is easily the weakest on there for me. But I guess that was a single too! Lampshades on FIre is still good but it feels too much like someone doing an Isaac Brock impression at times. Itās hard to explain but for some reason the idea of his going into the booth and doing the vocals detracts from it.

Struggling with the notion of RHCP albums being good enough that this thread even matters, TBH
Every track on Nevermind is outstanding to the same level so itās sort of a cheat where you could pick any single.
