Won a ticket for this and today was thin pickings for me so I just saw Heavy Lungs and Squid in the Jagr tent and then headed off. The former intense and engaging…the latter excellent, tight, jerky, caffeinated, controlled mayhem. Really can not wait for Squid’s LP based on the Dial, Houseplants and the tracks they played today.

RTJ were great, couldn’t get in to see HEALTH so saw the start of Bring Me then left. Fine for free and it’s a ten minute walk from work so not bad.

But seriously, didn’t check out the food situation. The beer situation I did however - there is one decent beer tent in-between the Firestone Stage and The East Stage on the north side which will do you a pint of Four Points or Lagunitas. Everywhere else is cans of Red Stripe :scream::scream::scream_cat:

The mate I’m going with told me to check out Phosphorescence. I listened to an album called C’est La Vie for the first time today. Heard it about three times. That’s very good. I’ll check them/him out.
