Just casually been outside looking at the northern lights

It’s very faint now cause it’s quite cloudy as well, but there are some bits that every so slightly shine through the clouds in quite distinct patterns. And even though I am Norwegian, I’m from the south and from a city so now that I’m up north I still get properly awestruck by the lights. Really hoping I get at least one clear night with really nice northern lights while I’m up here though. Fingers crossed

Mate I am in a house that was built around 1750, and across the lane is a church from 1130 and there are honest to god dead bodies buried underneath the floor in there, there are in all likelihood viking graves outside and is if all of that weren’t enough they’ve only gone and excavated the remains of a building from 1600 fucking years ago, ie. from the year 400 AD. Moral of the story is, if I can sleep comfortably here then you can absolutely manage where you are.
