Evening all 
Just finished making a cake, now I need to wait two hours for it to bake 
It was a felicity cloake recipe from the guardian and the recipe wasn’t really written out as efficiently as I would like, I ended up using about 50 bowls and I reckon you could cut out a bunch of steps and ingredients. I say this having never eaten the cake so I could be talking bullshit. ONLY TWO HOURS FROM NOW WILL TELL.

This one ^^ I quite often find cakes that take longer to bake will get a bit over cooked on the edges
