Really wanted to love Prometheus. What a cast, what a universe to dive back into.
But it just seemed incoherent and that ultimately made it a massive let down, despite the stuff in it that worked.
For me that kind of thing is more easily forgiven if a film is āfunā. Like Rise of Skywalker is a similar chaotic mess in many ways but itās good fun so horses on a star destroyer is just āfuck yeahā.
