You had me going in the beginning there, nice try

Inglorious and Hateful should be even further behind, right?

this scene from 0:50 to 0:55 where tim roth introduces himself is a serious contender for my least favourite thing in all of cinema

His films are technically well made obviously but I find them completely soulless and uninteresting

I like Natural Born Killers a lot though…probably my favourite thing he’s been involved in

2/5

Just blatantly doing a Christoph Waltz impression isn’t he

somehow still never seen pulp fiction

get it watched, its great

Can anyone confirm if the Mike Myers scene in Bastards is meant to be serious or not?

Is he still making a Star Trek film? The reaction to that is gunna be weird

I’d probably enjoy that

It’s a shame he’s such a dick.

He has fine taste in music and films and can obviously ‘pay homage’ like nobody else.

Good filmmaker and I can’t help but admire his output.
I can’t really summon much affection for his films though which I can only assume is a byproduct of his obnoxious personality. I’m always aware of his presence lurking behind the camera.

4.5 (rounded down, having just clarified my own feelings to myself)

Turn ITV2 on a Friday Night, it’s usually on after Hot Fuzz

With the 40 Year Old Virgin to finish. Would be a reasonably enjoyable Friday night tbf.

But Pulp Fiction is a good, actually, great film. Apart from the N-word usage. And his terrible cameo.

Tell me what you hate about PF, @TKC

It does.
tbf, it is one of those films that has aged badly because it has been copied so often since it came out. I remember watching those scenes e.g. the cops/bathroom scene, when it was released and thinking how great they were

Its just a collection of vignettes from films Tarantino has seen put together.

I don’t hate it tbf but its just very average

I think the Tim Roth telling the story scene is one of the best he’s done.

Inglorious Basterds is a masterpiece
