Truth be told I’m not really sure how this is going to work, but by the end of this thread we will have reached a consensus ranking of roadsigns, from best to worst. If someone’s wants to do some polls or something that’s fine.

Personally I think this sign’s pretty great.

As a kid I always thought of this symbol as the Motorway Man. Probably wasn’t until I did my driving theory that I realised it was a dual carriageway and bridge.

Used to think it was a barrier in front of the motorway that you had to drive through to get onto it (NB: we didn’t have a car growing up so I don’t think I actually saw a motorway before the age of about 11).
