Ah I remember the ol’ lense pop out! It’s never happened with these frames but used to happen a bit with previous ones. I desperately need a new pair of glasses but have just been too lazy to sort it out. One of the arms on my current (7+years old maybe) is so akimbo if I bend my head down at all they fall off.

That is a very long time to go without new ones! Though, I have absolutely horrendous eye sight and my prescription is always changing so I can’t ever really go over two years without a new pair if I want to keep seeing things.

I wear contact lenses too and I now wear them a lot more mainly because my prescription has changed so the lenses on my glasses aren’t right anymore and I can see much better in my contacts.
Need to sort it out!

Right, I’ve adapted some old slides to cover my class tomorrow. I’ve got some paragraphs of writing that I’ve used before and a whole section from ‘Trumpet’ by Jackie Kay with some great imagery which will see me through.

Wor Lass has started watching The Dark Crystal on Netflix.It looks so, so shit.
