That is a very long time to go without new ones! Though, I have absolutely horrendous eye sight and my prescription is always changing so I can’t ever really go over two years without a new pair if I want to keep seeing things.

I wear contact lenses too and I now wear them a lot more mainly because my prescription has changed so the lenses on my glasses aren’t right anymore and I can see much better in my contacts.
Need to sort it out!

Right, I’ve adapted some old slides to cover my class tomorrow. I’ve got some paragraphs of writing that I’ve used before and a whole section from ‘Trumpet’ by Jackie Kay with some great imagery which will see me through.

should not have watched all of Series 1 of Mindhunter in a day, much less so where my housemate gave me the wrong dates for being away (AGAIN! how hard is it to get dates right ffs) and so now i am convinced a serial killer is going to break into the house and murder me in the most horrendous fashion
