Work should organise a massive bus that will take everyone to Lidl so they can stock up on non perishables once every 6 months.

Once had a work colleague who did emergency search and rescue with her dogs and got time off for that (not paid) but our boss would be really shitty about. I mean she’s literally flown off to an earthquake zone to try and save people’s lives, I think we can do without whatever random ‘communications’ she was meant to do.

In the UK I reckon a general day off because the weather is unexpectedly nice is pretty much justified - would clearly be worth it for productivity and morale boost.

edit - yeah I know this isn’t a specific task but just make up your own on those days.
