Big fan of that one too, though pretty much all of their pizzas are great
I have found recently tho that the bacon is never cooked enough, I like my bacon insanely crispy and the whole thing has been quite greasy with the bacon AND the pesto. Hence why I’m thinking of making my own version with prosciutto as a replacement.
Which ones that?
It’s the potato part that might be the problem since I’m not sure they would cook through in time in a home oven, though I guess you could saute them first?
This sounds delicious, it’s a great combo in ravioli too.
As long as you shred the potato quite finely it works really well. Here’s the one from Crate brewery I ripped off at home, roast garlic base, sage leaves, taleggio, potato and truffle oil on top:

One of my favourite spots. They do satisfyingly ice cold beer too, arrancini, cannoli, and sometimes give you free limoncello if you’ve ordered a lot / they want you to leave. what did you do with the owner?

For sauce I just cook down chopped tomatoes with oregano salt pepper and sugar until it tastes good. My recipe is something like 500g flour 7g yeast (the packets are usually that I think) 325ml water big pinch of salt. Make sure your water isn’t too warm.

Whipped up this bad lad last night (tofu hot dog and chilli, minor cheese slippage as I was taking the tray out the oven.)
Get involved mate, it was pretty good. Unsure of opening hours but could be a good spot for drunk scran as you stumble about Glasgow on a night out. Beats a kebab.

Haha, I did that last time, NEVER AGAIN. Saturday nights in the bus station are grimboats. I think the last train for me is 11. It is total balls.
When I was in Sardinia at a proper pizzeria I ordered one that was something like fried potatoes and sausage. Thought it sounded well classy.
