Ahh right. It’s difficult stuff that’s for sure. Best way to learn is practice, prepare and get more experience with it. Also don’t be harsh on yourself if you make a mistake! Only human and all that.

I don’t do it that often but I find it helps if I tell myself as I’m speaking that a) I know what I’m talking about b) not to talk too fast because of the adrenaline and c) less is more, too much info is very boring.

Like I say, it’s hard! Can’t remember what kind of work you’re in sorry but bigger organisations sometimes have internal courses and workshops you can go on to help with stuff. Worth looking into that if you can?

Itching to alter the title to ‘toadmaster’ tbh because I keep reading it that way anyhow.
