Any users of Tunecore/Payoneer here?

Bit niche this, but on the off-chance anyone can help I figured I’d do a post.

So I’ve been using Tunecore to distribute music to streaming sites for years. Sometime last year they exclusively began using Payoneer (basically, a competitor to Paypal, but more geared towards people who receive money from various online shops, rather than sending money P2P) as the means by which they pay out money to users.

This is all OK, in theory. Tunecore simply prompted me to make an account, I did so, and have tried to withdraw money to Payoneer. Nothing came across. It hangs around in the ether, then drops back into my Tunecore acct. I can’t work out how to ensure both of the services are speaking to each other. And I can’t work out how to actually add a bank acct to Payoneer for when I finally do receive the money in there.

Any other users of Payoneer or Tunecore here?

Sorry I can’t be more helpful here - but - interested in Tunecore (currently using Distrokid) - wondering if worth moving across?

As a service Tunecore is great, but until they sort this stuff out re: payouts I wouldn’t recommend switching.
