I only went last night because my pals wanted to go, but that was so fucking lit! Reminded me why I love them.

Good thing about having Chemistry in yr setlist is it gives the crowd the opportunity to grab a beer/take a piss before the good stuff begins again. Good thinking by Win B, true pro.

Joined by Florence Welch on stage tonight. Think I’d have preferred Jarvis Cocker (Thursday)

And Boy George.

I kinda like infinite content takes self back to hot takes thread

some friends went, i couldn’t be bothered having seen them just last summer (ended up not feeling well that day anyway so just as well i wasn’t going). bit jealous about Headlights Look Like Diamonds and My Body is a Cage though.

Aye saw them last summer too. I prefer indoor shows anyway. I think they are really on it at the minute. Maybe the reaction to the album has made them feel like they need to prove themselves or something. Dunno but it was one hell of a show and amazing set list.

Starting to think that my decision to skip these gigs because Everything Now wasn’t great was a very silly one.

Anyone know who the support act(s) is/are?

New Orleans Preservation Jazz Band.

Thanks!

Can’t wait for them to bring out Simon le Bon for Hungry Like the Wolf on Sunday :wolf:

Best shows i’ve seen, bar non. Doubt they’ll be topped.

Got a ticket for tomorrow after all this chat, really looking forward to it.

Please don’t play Chemistry :crossed_fingers:

Seeing them tomorrow, can’t wait!

Just listened to the 6 music interview/session, man Win is such a knobhead isn’t he? :grimacing:

Car malfunction means that I’m no longer able to go tonight :frowning: I hope they play Everything Now in full two times

If anyone else is going tonight I actually hope it’s awesome and you have a great time

I haven’t heard the interview/session but I can 100% confirm he is without doing so

Spectacular show in Glasgow. Surprised by how well the boxing ring setup works. They got Jim Kerr on to sing Don’t You Forget About Me!

Yeah that was pretty special eh? Could really see where the money went.

Loved how spread out the setlist was, just absolute hit after hit.

How was the Hydro? I got tempted but I’m pretty certain I just wouldn’t enjoy a venue of that size. Or did they make it work

Yeah they made it work I think with the arena in the middle of everything. Sounded great, don’t think it was sold out either so wasn’t too crowded
