I know I’m coming to this thread after the event but…

GBOA: Pink Lady, Jazz, Granny Smith (if you’re in the mood), Cox (heh).

Bullshit apples: Braeburn, Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious… the mushy fuckers.

Apples of all types are very frequently way too big. The first half is a joy but by the end it feels like a chore to finish.

Miscellaneous apple info: I’m subscribed to the Jazz apples mailing list. Can’t remember signing up. Perhaps a competition? The newsletter itself is largely unremarkable, but it raises a little smile when it turns up in my inbox.
