Although crustaceans are apparently effectively cruelly killed

https://www.rspca.org.au/blog/2018/why-welfare-crustaceans-matters-too

If a crustacean is intended to be eaten by humans, the RSPCA believes live crustaceans should not be made available to the general public for purchase, and instead be humanely killed by those who are trained and competent to do so. Essentially, all crustaceans should have been humanely killed before being available for sale.

My dad has been a lobster fisherman, wholesaler and fishmonger his whole adult life, so I trust where my lobsters are sourced from and how they’re prepared.

I am pink and wrinkly

Yeah. TBH I have no idea how you humanely kill a sea insect. I stamp on cockroaches. That’s about as human as I can be against those things!

You run a knife between it’s eyes if it’s a crab or the back of the head for a lobster, that’s where it’s brain/primary nerve centre is.
