was for about 8 years. Stopped because I didn’t care if anything lived or died, now I feel pretty bad about eating meat again but not enough to stop.

Idk, I do kind of judge non-veggies, despite having been one for most of my life (so far).

Depends, find all that excessive man v food machismo BACON BACON stuff a bit off tbh

THE BIG MAN BURGER etc

the food part isn’t what veganism is. (it’s about animal rights)

also why is plant life less valuable than animal life?

I felt pretty bummed out when I was doing the weeds earlier this week, killing stuff just for aesthetic reasons.

I’m quite aware of what veganism is. Are you a vegan?

Prime example in this thread of someone trying to mansplain to be what vegan is…

I used to be as a kid due to culture. I’m a British Indian. My parents are vegetarians and so me and my sister didn’t eat meat at home or out at restaurants. I started eating meat around the time of starting high school mainly McDonald’s etc. My sister remains a vegetarian.

Of course. If you know what it is why are you calling it a diet then?

I’m not, and I have absolutely no defensible reasons for it.

It is the absolute, base definition of what a diet is.

Don’t bowl into a thread telling someone they’re not using a word properly and then go on to misuse the word yourself.

that’s not what a ‘vegan’ is though?

Really don’t know why vegans have a reputation for being total pricks.
