We did several days of hiking around Puente del Inca and had arranged in Mendoza for a particular bus to pick us up in the village and take us to Santiago. When the day arrived the bus was about 2 hours late and when it arrived didn’t slow down. Somehow the driver noticed me frantically running down the highway waving my arms and stopped, otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done.
