This Could Be Anywhere in the World by Alexisonfire is an absolute dirge. The only one that gets played places though
Misery Business by Paramore is not a good song imo
Ape Dos Mil by Glassjaw is boring. If they were going to pick either of the slow songs on Worship and Tribute to be a single it should’ve been Must’ve Run All Day
Also Creep by Radiohead. Don’t really agree with this but just pre-empting

Cass McCombs - County Line
It’s fine but a bit dull, as is most of the album it’s from, he’s got loads of better stuff.
Yeah it definitely isn’t one of their worst is it, easy top 3 on that album imo

My wife & I were driving back from Rotterdam the other night when she made a joke about me liking R.E.M., a band she considers “dad rock” (this has happened before, but this was the last straw) so I took the opportunity to play R.E.M. album tracks for the rest of the journey and sing along loudly to them. She’s a lucky woman.
Would listen to this over half their songs

Again fine but very unexciting compared to some of their other stuff
maybe Alexander Armstrong has just ruined it for me
I was a massive Pearl Jam fan as a young teen, and at this point there are a handful of songs of theirs I still quite like but at no point at any age did I think that this song was a good one.
Kings of Leon - Sex on Fire
Not a big enough fan to know for sure but feel like Purple Rain is one of Princes worst. Just a really slow, plodding ballad with loads of naff guitar solo wankery in it.
Absolutely not this. I love Prince (obviously he’s made a lot of shit) but to this day this is one of those songs that can still get to me in the right mood.
There are only three good tracks on the album.
