Look at the positives - Warner being out first ball in an Ashes series he shouldn’t be playing in would have confirmed that the series had peaked way too early.

Hindsight’s wonderful isn’t it!

I thought it was out at the time, but can totally see why they didn’t - very easily could have been bat on floor. Then when Broad doesn’t want it and the only guy who does is Reviewaholic Bairstow…

Could do with getting one with the ball doing all this

sigh awful review, and probably influenced by the earlier no call against Warner. Rubbish.

Looked very high to me in real time. Didn’t even consider for one moment that it was reviewable

Warner trudges off for 2 with a load of the crowd waving sandpaper at him.

Like I said, I love The Ashes.

Kind of feels like justice has been done, Warner is out and we’ve lost a review

It was missing! Lovely

Rewound TMS to listen to the cheerio chant

Weird how many decisions the umpires get wrong isn’t it? One out that shouldn’t have been, and vice versa, in the space of a few overs. Need more reviews I reckon.

just get rid of reviews and enable umpires to check everything close. it doesn’t take much time now anyway.

I don’t mind the review system, especially with ā€˜umpire’s call’ no counting as a loss. The main thing I dislike is waiting to celebrate wickets etc, and if umpire’s approached bowling reviews like they do run-outs, anything but the most obvious wickets are going to be reviewed. All lbws. A lot of caught behinds. Would really diminish the viewing pleasure I think.
