This is a good point. In similar situations in publishing (where this is a very live issue at the moment) if the big companies pass on something then there are plenty of smaller firms that will publish. If Spotify and Apple decided not to provide something then it would to all intents and purposes disappear from the modern music marketplace.

This is certainly true. I guess it’s just a wider issue around if one person of four does something horrible, the other three suffer because of association rather than guilt.
