Just as I get excited about just having a sheet for cover on the bed in Summer, I am looking forward to putting the light duvet back on soon (and then the big cosy one on in about a months time).

Not a fan of dark, short days but I am a big fan of snuggling on the sofa while it’s dark and rainy outside and not feeling guilty about it, like I do when it’s hot and sunny.

October - conkers, crunchy leaves, colder but still alright most days
November - clocks have gone back; it’s cold and wet; it’s ages til Christmas and even longer til the spring; fuck off November.

The day when the clocks go back is easily my least favourite day of the year.

The problem with holidays this late in the year is that some airline operators stop flying where you want (shakes fist at EasyJet for not flying to Biarritz on the dates I want in October)
