Average daily meal times

pretty much this:

8am - brekko
12:30pm - lunch
4pm - mid-afternoon snack
8pm - dinner

would prefer to have dinner way earlier tbh. 6:30pm would be ideal but alas.

do you have roughly set meal times or are you a food anarchist? also, argue about whether it’s called dinner or tea if you like. shoot.

Lunch - between 12:30 - 13:30

Dinner - between 18:00 - 20:00

can’t believe you hate breakfast

7:30am - brex
1pm - luncheon
7:00pm - din dins (or 8:30pm if I’m cooking)

It’s called dinner unless you’re a thoughtless cunt who doesn’t care about making yourself readily understandable to people from different regions and backgrounds to yourself. Cheers.

Anyway, breakfast: 6.30 am, lunch: 12 pm, dinner: whenever I get in but probably 6.30 pm average.

What can I say, I like my bed more.

Brekko is typically 2 x black coffees between 8:30 - 10:30.

I’m going in two-footed with this one because I genuinely believe it. If I have to code switch to not use Scottish vocabulary so I can be understood in this dank pee-pee soaked heckhole of a country then the rest of you can at least use sensible, unambiguous terminology for meals.

Breakfast: 10/10.30
Lunch: 13.20
Dinner: depends, either 18.00 or 21.45

Then loads of snacks

Breakfast: coffee at 7am. FnF (Fruit and Fibre) at 8.30am
Lunch: 12.30 to 1pm
Dinner: 6.30pm
Evening grazing: 6.45pm to 9.30pm

This has confused me, is it to do with work shifts?

I’m trying out intermittent fasting so only eating between 12-8pm.
So first lunch at 12, second lunch at 3, dinner at 8. Fuck knows. I’m muddling through tbh. Only started this week so no idea if it’s going to work for me.
I forgot last night and ate cheese at 11pm :man_shrugging:

Oh, and I also work shifts in an unpredictable job which will no doubt absolutely fuck me at some point

Could get behind this.
