One of those things people say they like to appear fancy.
Everyone says that avacados in the Americas taste and look much better, and I hope this is true because all the ones I’ve ever eaten here are utter crap

Best with either a load of chilli flakes in the mix or hot sauce on top (or both)

A local cafe does the best version of this. And I do truly love it.
Truffled avocado, seeds, sun dried tomato, crumbled feta and crispy shallots and topped with a poachywoachingtons.
