Conclave winning best film is keeping things quite wide open innit. Nice to have an awards season where everything isn’t a given. If any of it mattered.

I’ve just had an amazing idea: they should only allow one nominee a year in each of the four actor categories for doing an impression of an existing person.
It’s quite low this year which is good. Would make for a much more interesting awards season in my opinion.

The BAFTAs don’t have enough skits and bits
Think Anora is nailed on after the PGA and DGA wins tbh. Bafta always does something a bit whacky and outlierish
SAG Awards next weekend will probably make it clear - if Conclave wins there it’s got a decent chance, otherwise Anora is favourite most likely. Best Actress is the one acting race still up in the air too.
