Agreed. Absolute nuisance aren’t they? Practically valueless now, too.

You need to cobble together 25 - 50 of them to buy ANYTHING these days. Whats the point

#4

Yes! All they ever do is sit in a jar that I cba to take to one of those change counting machines

#5

All they do is litter my floor and or draw or jar

I love those machines

Don’t even care that they take 10%, I’m not gonna sit around putting pennies in little baggies and taking them to the bank like a jerk

I quite like collecting them and cashing them in for something of value every five years or so.

I’ll be sad if they disappear from use.

Fair point. Every household to be issued with their own 2p waterfall when they go out of circulation

some banks have those machines now so you get the full amount and don’t have to be a change bag jerk - did it at HSBC the other day. was even clever enough to filter out the various foreign coins and watch battery i accidentally tried to deposit

About 1lb.
Because I threw my change in the bin whilst moving

#17

I’ll swap you for some ALF pogs.

Would genuinely be more likely to play one of those with a higher value coin.

#19

Get rid of 5s and 10s too.

Aye

20p is an acceptable low value coin. I hate everything less than that.
