Bandcamp Friday again! What’s everyone picking up / putting out?

I’ve got a new EP out today via the Disintegration State crew with all the money going to charity.

Wrote a bit more about it here

My mate’s putting out a post/prog rock record today for anyone who’s into that, his EPs have been great so I’m sure this’ll be good too

Flotation Toy Warning’s Bluffer’s Guide To The Flight Deck has been released (again) on vinyl, and so I’ve just bought that as I love that album so much:

And I’m having a listen to Calexico’s Feast Of Wire album again to see if I want to buy it on a snazzy silver colour (probably):

I’ll also have a handful of download albums I’ll be buying later I reckon, after not buying anything last month.

Some remixes of RobinPlaysChords (ie. me) from some amazing Anglo/Italian friends are available in digital form for the first time.

A friend and collaborator of mine has put out his first record under his Wandering Rocks moniker today. It’s an oddysey that moves from dub into post-rock and culminates in psychedlic black metal. Check it oot!

Love that cover image

New Hot Snakes track:

Think it’s only available today, so snap it up if you want some good times punk rock from the lads. @1101010 and anyone else who likes Froberg/Reis etc.

Neneh Cherry (Forest Swords and Whattodo remixes) in aid of Black Trans Project just appeared – pay what you like.

there are two other tracks I’ve not heard on there as well, nice! Cheers for the heads up!

“In the words of Hot Snakes’ Rick Froberg, “Checkmate” is “big, fatty content freshly extruded from the Hot Snakes sausage machine. Same ingredients, new flav.”" :grinning:

 Actually think these 3 tracks are better than some of the stuff on the last album, which is still good, but I don’t go back to it enough.

little bundle of old/ never released satan stuff out today:

This has some good people on the tracklist and is for a good cause

Love Amazonia is a non-profit compilation bringing together electronic artists from around the world to support indigenous communities in the Amazon rainforest affected by the COVID19 pandemic, illegal deforestation, industrial farming, oil exploration, mining and unlawful occupation of their ancestral territories.

100% of the proceeds from the first Love Amazonia compilation will go directly to the Huni Kuin Kaxinawá indigenous group in the state of Acre, Brazil.

Bought, cheers

Today was a very expensive day! But the Bandcamp Fridays are making me think that I should splash out the money for the bands/music that I really like, and doing it via BC instead of just continuing to stream or buying from another site that might be cheaper but will give them less money. Plus I didn’t buy anything last month, so it was a kind of rollover month.
